Welcome to Let's poker, a Texas Hold'em practice platform for AI training, friend practice rooms, hand replays, reports, and strategy review. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use account-based features, friend rooms, chat, voice participation, or paid features. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
Let's poker is provided only for simulation, education, and poker strategy training. Practice chips are not money, have no property value, and cannot be purchased for gambling value, redeemed, transferred, gifted, sold, exchanged, traded, or settled offline.
The service does not provide, facilitate, advertise, or settle:
You agree not to use Let's poker for any illegal, gambling, wagering, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping credentials secure, and all activity under your account or practice identity. Temporary guest identities are stored only in your browser and may not be recoverable after local data is cleared.
We may require verification, limit access, or suspend features when needed to protect the service.
Practice rooms and AI games are simulations. Chip counts, hand history, reports, rankings, and room results are for training and entertainment only. They do not represent money, property, prizes, or financial value.
We may adjust room rules, blinds, chip settings, player limits, timers, reports, leaderboards, moderation controls, and training features to improve safety and reliability.
You are responsible for usernames, avatars, room names, chat, voice participation, reports, and any other content you provide. You must not:
We may remove content, end rooms, restrict features, suspend accounts, or report activity if we believe these terms or our safety policies are violated.
Users may report suspected misconduct through in-product reporting tools or by contacting support@lets-poker.com. We may review reports, logs, rooms, messages, account data, and related context.
If your access is restricted and you believe this was a mistake, contact support with your account email, room code if relevant, and a short explanation.
The Let's poker service, software, design, training flows, documentation, branding, and platform content are owned by lets-poker.com or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except as allowed by law or written permission.
You retain rights to content you submit, but you grant us a limited license to host, display, moderate, store, and process it to operate and protect the service.
If paid features or virtual items are offered, prices and payment terms will be shown before purchase. Paid features do not make practice chips redeemable or transferable and do not create gambling value.
Purchases are final except where required by law, required by an app store, or stated in our Virtual Items and Refund Policy. App store purchases may be handled through the app store's refund process.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the service, you also agree to our privacy practices.
The service may change, pause, become unavailable, or lose data despite reasonable efforts. We may add, remove, or modify features, rules, room limits, training flows, integrations, and availability without notice.
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through Account Deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, abused the service, or used the platform for gambling or illegal activity.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
Let's poker does not provide legal, financial, gambling, or professional poker advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, lets-poker.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or lost-use damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
