Frequently asked questions about Let's poker accounts, practice rooms, chips, reports, safety, and policies
Effective date: Jun 27, 2026

What is Let's poker?

Let's poker is a Texas Hold'em practice and hand-review platform. You can create friend practice rooms, play heads-up against AI, review hand histories, and use reports for training.

Is this a gambling product?

No. Let's poker is practice-only. It does not provide real-money gambling, wagering, cash games, prizes, sweepstakes, gambling settlement, or cash-equivalent rewards.

Do practice chips have value?

No. Practice chips, room results, leaderboards, virtual items, and reports have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred, gifted, sold, exchanged for prizes, or settled offline.

Do I need an account?

You can start an AI practice table as a guest. A registered account may be required for friend rooms, long-term profile data, saved records, reporting, and account settings.

Can I sign in with Google?

Yes, when Google authentication is enabled for the production environment. If you do not see Google sign-in, contact support so we can check the Google OAuth configuration for your region and browser.

Why did I not see Google One Tap?

Google One Tap is controlled by Google's prompt rules. It may not display if you are already signed in, recently dismissed the prompt, use a blocked third-party cookie setting, or if Google decides the prompt should be skipped.

How do I leave or sign out?

When signed in, open the avatar menu in the top navigation and choose Sign Out. Guest practice identities are stored locally in your browser and can be cleared by clearing site data.

Are hand histories private?

Room data is used to operate the practice table, show replays, generate reports, enforce safety rules, and handle disputes. Public or spectator visibility depends on the room settings.

How do I report abuse or safety issues?

Use in-product reporting where available, or email support@lets-poker.com with the room code, account email if relevant, and a concise description.

How do I delete my account?

Follow the instructions in Account Deletion, or contact support@lets-poker.com.

Where can I read the official policies?

Read the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, No Gambling Policy, Community Guidelines, Safety Reporting, and Virtual Items and Refund Policy.

Practice chips are for simulation and training only. They have no cash value and cannot be purchased, redeemed, transferred, gifted, or settled offline.
