No Gambling Policy

This No Gambling Policy is an official policy document of Let's poker. It applies to all rooms, accounts, guest practice identities, chat, voice participation, profiles, reports, virtual items, leaderboards, and any other feature connected to lets-poker.com.

Reports about gambling misuse can be sent to support@lets-poker.com.

Practice and Training Only

Let's poker is a Texas Hold'em practice platform for simulation, education, friend practice rooms, AI training, hand replays, and training reports.

Let's poker is not a gambling service.

No Real-Money Value

Practice chips, room results, rankings, reports, and virtual items:

• Are not money or property
• Do not have cash value
• Cannot be purchased for gambling value
• Cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, goods, services, or anything of value
• Cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, exchanged, traded, staked, loaned, or settled offline
• Do not represent winnings, losses, debt, credit, or financial obligations

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Let's poker to arrange, support, advertise, track, record, or settle gambling activity. This includes:

• Real-money betting, wagering, cash games, tournaments, jackpots, or prize pools
• Side payments, debts, staking, swaps, or offline settlement based on room results
• Selling or transferring practice chips, virtual items, accounts, seats, or room outcomes
• Using chat, voice, room names, nicknames, avatars, profiles, reports, or external links to arrange gambling
• Promoting casinos, sportsbooks, real-money poker rooms, gambling affiliates, or gambling ads
• Any illegal, unauthorized, or regulated gambling-related activity

User Responsibility

You are responsible for your conduct and for following the laws that apply to you. Do not use Let's poker if your use would be illegal or restricted in your location.

Enforcement

We may remove content, end rooms, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve records, or take other action if we believe the service is being used for gambling, wagering, settlement, fraud, abuse, or other prohibited activity.

We may review chat, room names, reports, hand history, account data, and related activity to enforce this policy.

App Store and Platform Notice

If Let's poker is distributed through an app store, this policy is part of the app's public safety and compliance disclosures. The app is intended as a practice-only poker simulation and does not offer real-money gambling.
