What to Include
For account or privacy requests, include the email address linked to your account and a short description of the request.
For safety, abuse, or gambling misuse reports, include any available room code, nickname, timestamp, screenshot, or short description that helps us investigate.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, private keys, or other sensitive secrets by email.
Practice-Only Notice
Let's poker does not provide real-money gambling, wagering, cash games, prizes, or gambling settlement. Practice chips and virtual items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold, gifted, exchanged, or settled offline.
