Report a Problem

You can report abuse, harassment, illegal content, gambling misuse, suspicious rooms, or safety concerns through in-product reporting tools where available, or by emailing support@lets-poker.com.

Please include:

  • Your account email, if you have one
  • Room code, hand ID, username, or message details if relevant
  • A short description of the concern
  • Screenshots only if they help explain the issue

What We Review

We may review room names, chat, voice participation state, hand history, reports, account data, moderation records, logs, and related context. We do not use reports to support gambling settlement.

Possible Actions

Depending on the issue, we may warn users, remove content, end rooms, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve records, block abusive activity, or contact authorities where required.

Emergency Notice

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Let's poker support is not an emergency response service.

Appeals

If your account or content was restricted and you believe this was a mistake, contact support with your account email and a brief explanation.
