Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Let's poker, a Texas Hold'em practice platform for multiplayer training rooms, single-player AI practice, hand replay review, and training reports. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Practice-Only Service
Let's poker is provided only for simulation, education, and poker strategy training. Practice chips are not money, have no property value, and cannot be purchased, redeemed, transferred, gifted, sold, exchanged, or settled offline.
The service does not provide, facilitate, or settle:
- Real-money gambling, betting, wagering, or cash games
- Prizes, sweepstakes, jackpots, or cash-equivalent rewards
- Transfers of practice chips between users
- Offline settlement, side payments, or private gambling arrangements
You agree not to use Let's poker for any illegal, gambling, wagering, or unauthorized purpose.
Accounts and Practice Identity
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity under your account or practice identity. Temporary guest identities may be stored only in your current browser and may not be recoverable after local data is cleared.
Room Conduct and Communications
You are responsible for your conduct in practice rooms, chat, voice participation, usernames, avatars, and any content you provide. You must not harass others, share illegal content, impersonate others, disrupt the service, attempt to bypass safety controls, or use the service to arrange gambling outside the platform.
We may moderate, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts, rooms, messages, or content if we believe they violate these terms or create risk for users or the service.
Intellectual Property
The Let's poker service, design, code, training flows, documentation, branding, and platform content are owned by lets-poker.com or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except as allowed by law or written permission.
Payments
If paid features are offered, prices and payment terms will be shown at checkout. Paid features do not make practice chips redeemable or transferable and do not create gambling value. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate refund policy.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the service, you also agree to our privacy practices.
Service Availability and Changes
The service may change, pause, or become unavailable at any time. We may add, remove, or modify features, room rules, training flows, or limits without notice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, abused the service, or used the platform for gambling or illegal activity.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, lets-poker.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
