Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Let's poker account by emailing support@lets-poker.com from the email address connected to your account.

Please include:

• Subject: Account deletion request
• The email address on your account
• Your display name, if available
• A short confirmation that you want your Let's poker account deleted

What We Delete

After verification, we will delete or anonymize account details, profile information, personal identifiers, and other information no longer needed to provide the service.

Guest practice data stored only in your browser can also be removed by clearing browser storage for lets-poker.com.

What We May Keep

Some records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, financial records, dispute resolution, moderation history, or enforcement of our no-gambling policy. Retained records are limited to what is reasonably required for those purposes.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Complex requests, verification issues, legal holds, or abuse investigations may take longer where permitted by law.
