Let's poker is a Texas Hold'em practice platform for multiplayer training rooms, single-player AI practice, hand replay review, and training reports. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the service.

We collect information needed to operate a practice-only poker training service:

  1. Account and practice identity information

    • Name, email address, authentication details, display name, avatar, and temporary guest practice identity details.
    • Used to sign you in, show your table identity, keep your practice history, and provide support.

  2. Room, hand, and training activity

    • Practice room membership, room codes, seat status, hand actions, chip movements, hand replays, training reports, and moderation or audit events.
    • Used to run rooms, restore state, generate reports, prevent abuse, and improve the training experience.

  3. Communication data

    • Room chat messages, system messages, voice room participation state, microphone permission state, and related timestamps.
    • Used to provide room communication features and safety controls. We do not use practice communications to support real-money wagering.

  4. Device, usage, and diagnostic data

    • Device type, browser, operating system, IP-derived network information, logs, errors, and feature usage.
    • Used for security, debugging, analytics, compatibility, and service reliability.

  5. Cookies and local storage

    • Cookies and browser storage may keep session state, locale preferences, UTM attribution, practice identity, and table preferences such as sound settings.
    • Used to keep the service usable across visits.

  6. Payment and billing information

    • If paid features are available, payment providers may process billing details. Let's poker does not store full payment card numbers.
    • Practice chips have no cash value and cannot be purchased, redeemed, transferred, gifted, or settled offline.

Practice-Only and No Gambling

Let's poker is for simulation and training only. Practice chips are not money, have no property value, and cannot be purchased, redeemed, transferred, gifted, or settled offline. The service does not provide real-money gambling, wagering, betting, cash games, prizes, or gambling settlement.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate hosting, storage, analytics, authentication, email, payments, customer support, security, and infrastructure.
